TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Minimum Order is USD 1,000 of Quantity Order. And there's no minimum Quantity Order for each design.
2. Payments by L/C : Irrevocable L/C at sight. Letter Of Credit must be opened latest 10 days after signing the Sales Contract.
3. Payment by T.T. : 70% Down Payment and 30% before the goods dispatched.
4. The discount is based on Quantity of Order.
5. For sample only (not followed by order), the charges are three times from the normal price plus freight's cost.
6. Packaging as our packaging standard (packaged separately in individual boxes and wrapped in shredded paper) or buyer's packaging.
7. Validity : We reserve the right to revise the price fluetuation of raw materials and the exchange rate.
8. The prices are Free On Board (FOB) Surabaya Port.
